1. Order Acceptance

  • Order Placement: An order is placed when you finalize the purchase on our website. It constitutes an offer to buy the products listed in your order.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not guarantee that we have accepted your order; it merely acknowledges that we have received it.

  • Order Acceptance: We only accept your order when we ship the product. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will refund the full amount if it was already paid.

  • Quantity Limits: We may limit the quantity of products that can be purchased per order, per account, or per household. We also reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be for resale.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices for products are listed on the website in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and added to your order total before you complete your purchase.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products may change without prior notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed on the website at the time of your order. However, in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if you have received confirmation.

  • Payment Methods: We accept a variety of secure payment methods, as listed on our checkout page. You must provide valid, up-to-date, and accurate payment information when placing an order. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the relevant card or account for the total amount of your order, including shipping costs and applicable taxes.

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged, if applicable, according to the relevant state and local laws and will be calculated at the time of checkout.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check our shipping policies section on the website for further details.

  • Shipping Costs: The shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the checkout page prior to your purchase.

  • Shipping Times: The estimated shipping times provided during checkout are estimates only. We make reasonable efforts to ship your order promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances, including delays caused by our shipping partners or inclement weather.

  • Shipping Updates: We will provide shipment tracking details, where available, through email updates. You can also track your order using your account on our website.

  • Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt and report any damage to the shipping company and to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: We offer a 30-day return window for most new, unopened items, starting from the date of delivery. Certain products, such as those specifically marked as final sale, cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@eliteskigear.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package. Packages returned without an RA number may be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there is a shipping error on our part.

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon inspection and approval, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Defective Items: If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video evidence of the defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  • Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Product Warranties

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation included with your product for details.

  • EliteSkiGear Limited Warranty: EliteSkiGear may offer its own limited warranty on specific products, which will be explicitly detailed on the product pages. We warrant that the products sold will conform to the specifications on the product pages, provided the conditions of normal use are followed, for a period, where applicable.

  • Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or modification of the product. The maximum liability under warranty will not exceed the purchase price.
